Sometimes when I'm feeling down, I remember that in Religulous (2008), Bill Maher dressed up like a crazy person and straight up just listed the beliefs of Scientology. It's a fun watch:

Starting when he was just a little boy, Swede Joseph Chevalier had such an incredibly happy spirit within himself.

A 4-year-old boy, Ryan Vasel at a memorial service for his father, Scott C. Vasel who was murdered on September 11th, 2001. On 9/11, over 3,000 children lost at least one parent. Let us #NeverForget for little Ryan, his brother Matthew and his father as well as every other victim of 9/11.
If there's one group in the US that is thrilled about the ousting of Maduro, it's Venezuelan exiles & refugees. This is a man who's killed 10K+ in extrajudicial killings & tortured his own people on a daily basis for over a decade not to mention mass starvation while he slept in a mansion.

Patrick Dunn is much more than a young man killed at the Pentagon at the Navy Command Center on 9/11. He was a father to be. Like so many victims of 9/11, his wife was pregnant with their first child on that day of days.

LT. Darin H. Pontell was many things. For starters, just look at that smile. He was a computer nerd, a young man tempered by trauma in his youth and, as his mother called him, an ''all-American guy" who loved beer and music. He also had what those who loved him called a ''Naval sewer mouth.''
I recently discovered this video of Elton John shortly after 9/11. Simply put, its a widow trying to memorialize her husband & I think it reflects the modern world even though 9/11 was 24 years ago. I think we should remember 9/11 not by obsessing over how people died, but how they lived before 9/11

A few years ago, while researching personal stories that live on over 100 years later after the Armenian Genocide, I came upon the story of Armin T. Wegner. He served with distinction for Germany in WW1 as a medic and photographer. He was even awarded the Iron Cross for saving lives while under fire
