Visited "Sapporo Miso-men Yu" near Tsutsujigaoka Station on the Keio Line the other day. True to its Junren-style roots, the rich miso broth is incredibly deep and flavorful. It pairs perfectly with the signature curly noodles—just an unbeatable bowl of ramen. Really enjoyed this one.
