Pennsylvania is becoming home to more and more Ohio based T & R properties ( 3895 Stoneridge Ln, Dublin, OH 43017 ) apartment communities — they are forcing me to sign this in order to return my $1,299 security deposit. I refused and they won’t return it. They are also writing fake 5 star reviews.

For those who asked, here’s the settlement agreement that T & R properties , the company that owns The flats at summit station ( 3001 Perimeter Blvd, South Park Township, PA 15129 ) is requiring me to sign in order to get my security deposit back. I have refused to post a positive review for them.
