68 yo. 5'11. Lost some muscle after some surgery, so bulked up to 182lbs. Now cutting and at 172. Gonna cut a bit more. 5X week workouts lower/upper/arms/lower/upper. Cutting on 1800 cals daily. 175P, 60F, 140 C

67 yo (M), 5'11, 170 lbs. (S 310; D 350). No TRT or PEDS. Gym 5x week 50-60 mins with varying emphases on strength and hypertrophy. 30 mins cardio gym days, 60 mins cardio non-gym days. Daily cals 1800 if cutting, 2100 maintenance, 2400 bulking, with 1 gm protein/lbs, 30% cals fat, rest carbs

67 yo (M), 5'11, 175 lbs. Turned 67 yesterday. In gym this week, did sets 3-5 reps at 265 lbs for squats and 295 lbs for deadlifts. Aiming to lift > 300 lbs for reps by July. Need to decide other fitness goals for my next year.
