I developed an allergy to chicken eggs over 20 years ago. I discovered last week that I can safely eat non-chicken eggs! I've been learning to cook quail eggs and damn they're a nice little addition to noodles or breakfast potatoes. There's so many eggy things I want to try for the first time.
