Currently broke down on I-70. What looks to be oil is thrown around all over the driver’s side of the engine bay. Lots of little red pieces like this all over too. Does this look like a piece of rtv? Any ideas on where to begin? Thanks to anyone offering up anything, pretty big noob here.

Sounds like something broke off and is rattling inside. The noise is on a regular interval and lasts as long as it does in the video each time. It sounds like it is coming from the vicinity of the exhaust manifold. Any ideas guys?
