Why are my supports so hard to get off? They’re so hard to peel off (half of them won’t even come off). Can someone tell me why and how to fix it?

My Australian WTF, Bandit! Is he looking good? He looks good to me, just want to make sure! Also my hands were clean and I don’t usually hold him! This was inside his terrarium and made sure he was moist and not dried out for the minute I held him!
