I posted a few days ago about a kief cannagar I made and a few people were curious how it smoked. Happy to say it smoked great. Like most cannagars, it burned a bit hot so the flavor took a slight hit but nothing crazy. It was also extremely smooth. I will definitely be making more.

I usually stick with darker roasts, but I decided to try a light roast today. This anaerobic natural Ethiopian (Faysel Yonis) is loaded with berry, banana, pineapple, red fruit, and chocolate notes. The acidity is pretty low, so it ended up being really enjoyable in the moka pot.

Sumatra Gayo aged 5 years. This is the smoothest coffee I’ve ever tasted. I thought Haitian Blue Norde was the smoothest , but this is even smoother IMO. It tasted great as well.
