Hot Take: Paxton is a better character than BoCo, as Paxton portrays the "Good Diesel" character better than BoCo. Paxton has many layers to his character such as being gullible and easily forgiving others, while BoCo is just nice and that's it.

I'm currently working on the Brenner Era Voice Actors before Thomas video. But while researching for Christopher Ragland's acting before Thomas, I stumbled on an episode of "I Shouldn't Be Alive", where the other US Voice Actor for Percy (Martin Sherman) is also present alongside Christopher.
Here are clips of Sue Ellen (S1-8)/Catherine's (S1-6) Voice (Patricia Rodriguez) in Non-Arthur Media. What's interesting when you watch the video is that most of the characters (not all of them) don't sound like Sue Ellen or Catherine, despite having the same voice actress.
