This is a community of fans of Kuoe watches - not run by Kuoe. Started by Kenji Uchimura in 2010, Kuoe is one of the most prominent micro-brands from Japan. Kuoe creates vintage-style watches, typically >38mm, inspired by the designs of antique watches from the 1940s - 70s. The brand was born in 2010, when Uchimura passed a line-up of hand-wound watches from the 40s-70s as a student, sparking the idea to create Kuoe.
