Wishful thinking (1990) YouTube. A gypsy grants a screenwriter a wish which he uses to get the girl of his dreams. This movie is wall to wall dumb comedy and I'm here for it. Written, directed and starring Murray "The Unknown Comic" Langston. With Ruth Buzzy, Billy Barty and Michelle Johnson.

The Alphabet Murders (1965) Hoopla. Tony Randall plays possibly the worst version of Hercule Poirot. Supposedly this was made to cash in on the popularity of Peter Seller's Pink Panther films. Agatha Christie HATED this adaptation. Very silly and misguided but entertaining enough.

Killer Kites (2023) I won't lie. This was a lot funnier than I was expecting it to be. Especially when the intrepid reporter keeps showing up on the scene live and the person doing the graphics in the studio clearly hates him. "Brock reporting!" Graphic: Caught herpes from a Waffle House bathroom.

Embrace of the Vampire (1995) is great in delivering Alyssa Milano nude, but bad (in a fun way) in everything else. One of only two movies showing on Channel Z this week that could be classified as bad (Forbidden Sins being the other).
