How can I avoid having so many settings for one headset? I disconnected and deleted everything to do with it before reconnecting and this still happens. Game audio is trash without them. Looking for tips.

Anyone have the same problem whenever I’m using them at times the sound will go off and the person will say wireless mode and then the sound come back it will continuously do it every other couple minutes
